Greasing system
The system of greasing of the engine supplies it in the course of work as lubricant oil. The system of greasing consists of the oil pump, the pallet of a case, the reduktsionny valve and sensors of indexes of pressure and oil temperature. The system has also the valve of switching of oil for work on a short contour. The engine of 2.0 l and the DOHC engine have an identical design of system of greasing. It belongs to engines till the end of 1996 of release, and also with 1997г. release. At the engine of a latest model the so-called bearing pallet of a case was established to provide placement of the bearing bridge established at the same time. The design of the pallet of a case in a back part was changed to provide possibility of interface of a transmission with the case pallet. Podshipnikovy Bridge is fixed by bolts to the bottom party of the block of cylinders and covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft and forms thus a rigid design. The established maslouspokoitelny leaf is fixed by bolts to the bottom party of the bearing bridge. In this regard the index of level of oil and a soaking-up branch pipe of the oil pump was changed also.
