Check press a disk and a basket on existence of damages or deformations. In the presence of damages the specified details replace in a set. Check, a condition of springs and shliyets of a conducted disk. Greasy overlays of a conducted disk are not cleared. Such disk is replaced. Springs of a disk have different marking for various engines. Overlays of coupling check on possibility of further application. For this purpose by a calliper measure distance from a disk surface to heads of rivets. If the received distance less than 0.3 mm, a disk is replaced. It is recommended to replace also a disk if the distance is close to the specified. For check of face palpation of a conducted disk it get on an opravka or primary shaft of a transmission and clamp in the lathe centers. Establish near a disk the indicator and press its measuring core to an external edge of a disk (иллюстр.). Slowly turn a disk and read the indicator instrument. If it more than 0.4 mm, a disk is possible carefully отрихтовать flat-nose pliers. Otherwise the disk is replaced. Check shlitsevy connection of a conducted disk. For this purpose dress a disk on primary shaft of a transmission, and take two fingers for an external edge. Turn a disk in one and other party. If the gap exceeds 0.4 mm, it indicates wear of shlitsevy connection. Wear, as a rule, occurs in a disk. Check the internal ends of a diafragmenny spring. If traces of strong wear are visible, coupling is replaced in a set. Tops of springs should be at one height with a difference no more than 0.5 mm. The ends can be corrected by Pognutye. For this purpose there is a special tool. It is possible to use for this purpose a steel level with a cut. If tops of springs have wear of 0.3 mm, coupling also is replaced. Put on a frictional surface of a press disk a steel ruler, as is shown in иллюстр., also measure shchupy a gap. If the gap exceeds 0.3 mm, it is necessary to replace a basket of coupling. |
