GENERAL INFORMATION


The structure of electric equipment of the engine includes all components of systems of ignition, start and a charge. In view of that on the functional purpose these components belong to directly ensuring functioning of the engine, they are considered separately from components of onboard electric equipment, such as lighting devices, monitors, etc.
The rated voltage in system of electric equipment of the car of 12 V.Elektrooborudovaniye is executed according to the single-wire scheme. The negative conclusion of the storage battery is connected to the case which carries out function of the second electric wire. The storage battery is in an impellent compartment.
The starter has compulsory moving of a gear wheel of a drive of the engine by means of the electromagnetic traction relay. On the car the Bosch firm starter is established. The switch of a starter is a component of the switch of ignition and, at inclusion, puts in action the electromagnetic traction relay established in a starter.
On the car Delco Remy or Bosch firm generators can be established. Maximum current of return of the generator 100 A.
The generator is given in rotation through maple a belt from a cranked shaft of the engine. On a cover from contact rings there is a tension regulator. On the dashboard there is the control lamp supervising process of a charge of the storage battery. If the lamp does not die away at the working engine, it indicates violation of process of a charge of the battery.
At work with electric equipment always it is necessary to observe certain security measures:
a) Be careful - electrodevices especially easily fail at maloperation with them during check, connection and service.
b) Do not leave ignition for a long time included at the switched-off engine.
c) Never disconnect wires from the battery at the working engine.
d) At connection of wires from the auxiliary power supply at emergency start of the engine observe polarity.
e) Always disconnect a negative wire from the battery the first and connect the last in order to avoid short circuit at a casual contact the tool during time отдавания / tightenings of a clip of the plug.
