Brake hoses of forward and back brake mechanisms
GENERAL INFORMATION

Before replacement of any brake hose it is necessary to fill a tank with brake liquid and as it is described in the last subsection, to close it polyethylene. It will protect the main part of liquid from an effluence.

Forward brake hose

The hose on the one hand fastens to a support a hollow bolt (from two parties of angular connection sealing washers are established), and on the other hand it fastens to a square of a lock plate.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For removal unscrew a cap nut of the pipeline.
2. The open end stop up for a hit exception in dirt.
3. Beat out a lock plate of fastening of a hose and disconnect it.
4. Remember the scheme of laying of a hose and turn out a hollow bolt from a brake support. Pay attention to pin existence in connection. At assembly it should enter into a support opening.
5. Beat out the second spring stopper and remove a hose.

Installation

Installation of a brake hose is carried out in sequence, return to removal.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pay attention to the correct installation of a pin.
2. A hollow bolt tighten the moment of 35 Nanometers.
3. The cap nut is tightened by the moment of 19 Nanometers.
4. Pay attention to accurate installation of spring clips of a hose.
5. Do not allow hose twisting.

Back brake hose

Back brake hoses, as well as lobbies, fasten spring clips to a corner. Besides, they have additional boltovy fastening in a junction. At assembly the bolt is tightened by the moment of 13 Nanometers, a cap nut the moment of 16 Nanometers.
