Pressure regulator
GENERAL INFORMATION

The pressure regulator is not subject to repair and in case of defects in work is replaced.
Serviceability of a regulator of pressure can a life is checked by means of the special device in the conditions of Opel firm repair trucks. Fastening of a regulator of pressure is shown on an illustration.



Removal and installation of a regulator of pressure

Replacement of a regulator is carried out as follows:

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift and establish on supports a back part of the car.
2. Disconnect from a regulator brake pipelines (1), (2) and (3). To expel pouring out of brake liquid from system, it is necessary to unscrew a tank stopper on the main cylinder, to fill in liquid to the top level, to put from above polyethylene and again to wrap a stopper. The disconnected pipelines stop up for a hit exception in dirt system.
3. Disconnect from the bridge шплинт, a nut (5), a washer (6) and the holder (7).
4. Unscrew nuts (4), remove two washers and remove a regulator of pressure and spring knot.

Installation

The regulator as follows is established:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a regulator and spring knot and fix them two washers and nuts (4).
2. Nuts tighten the moment of 12 Nanometers.
3. Establish the holder (7), a washer (6) and a nut (5) with the shplinty.
4. A nut tighten the moment of 13 Nanometers.
5. At installation of the holder watch that his convex party was turned to the rubber plug.
6. Connect to the unions brake pipelines (1) and (3).
7. A cap nut of connections tighten the moment of 16 Nanometers.
8. Connection carry out carefully since it has a small carving.
9. In summary fill in liquid in system and remove from it air as it is described above.
10. Check in a repair truck action of a regulator of pressure.
