Removal and installation of a nave of a forward wheel
For removal of a nave of a wheel the big wrench for an otvorachivaniye of a nut of fastening of a wheel is required.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Unscrew both bolts of fastening of the support, shown on an illustration. |
2. Adhere it a wire to the bridge. Do not suspend a support on a hose. |
3. Remove a nave blokirator according to the above-stated instructions. |
4. Turn out bolts. |
5. Remove lock washers. |
|
6. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a wheel. The form of a key is shown on an illustration. |
7. Remove a nave together with a brake disk from a rotary fist. |
|
Installation of a nave is carried out in sequence, return to removal, with following observance:
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish a nave and a brake disk on a rotary fist. |
2. Screw a nut. |
|
3. A nut tighten the moment of 29 Nanometers by means of a key shown on an illustration, and again completely unscrew it. |
|
4. Hook on a dynamometer for a bolt of fastening of a wheel according to an illustration and pull for a dynamometer. |
5. The nut of fastening of a wheel is tightened so that the nave with new bearings and new consolidation was turned at traction effort of 20-24 N (2.0 - 2.4 kg), and the nave with the bearings which were in the use and new consolidation was turned at traction effort of 12-17 N (1.2 - 1.7кг). |
6. Establish a lock washer and bolts. |
7. If openings in a washer and openings in bolts in a nave do not coincide, it is possible to establish a washer on the contrary. |
8. If thus it is not reached coincidence, tighten a few nut. |
9. Bolts tighten to a washer surface. |
10. Establish a support and a nave blokirator. |
11. Other works carry out in sequence, return to removal. |

REPLACEMENT OF BEARINGS / EPIPLOONS OF THE WHEEL
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. For replacement of bearings / epiploons of a wheel it is necessary to remove a wheel nave (see above). |
2. Take out from a nave an epiploon, the roller conic bearing and an internal ring. |
3. Put a nave on a lining. |
4. Vypressuyte external holders of bearings by means of a brass opravka from the opposite sides. In a nave there are grooves into which it is possible to insert an opravka, that выпрессовать the corresponding holder. |
5. Carefully clear a nave and a pin of a rotary fist. |
6. Check the bearing on existence of damages, places of an overheat, chrome otsloyeniye, etc. and if necessary replace. |
7. Press in a wheel nave new external holders of bearings by means of the corresponding opravka from the opposite sides. |
8. Fill with bearing greasing both conic roller the bearing, epiploons and cavities of a nave of a wheel. Apply the greasing intended for this purpose. |
9. Establish separators of bearings. |
10. Press by means of an opravka epiploons so that they were aflush with an external surface. |
11. Clear a wheel nave of available greasing. |
12. Establish according to instructions. |
13. Establish blokirator of naves depending on their execution as it was described above. |

REPLACEMENT OF THE NAVE OF THE FORWARD WHEEL
At replacement of a nave of a forward wheel it is necessary to observe the following instructions:

1. If the car is equipped with ABS, it is necessary to unscrew three bolts and to remove from a nave a gear wreath. |
2. At installation bolts tighten the moment of 18 Nanometers. |
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a brake disk. |
4. The disk fastens six bolts. |
5. Before removal of a disk mark its situation concerning a wheel nave. |
6. At installation bolts tighten the moment of 103 Nanometers. |
7. It is necessary to establish bolts of fastening of a wheel from an old nave on the new. They act in film and established by means of a hammer from soft metal. |
8. At installation on a new nave they should occupy former situation and strongly sit. |
