Works on a steering drive
For separation of spherical hinges of a steering drive the special stripper is required. If in the text it is specified "remove the sharovy hinge" that it means that it is necessary to unscrew a nut of fastening of a spherical finger and to take out it by means of a stripper.
REMOVAL AND MAYATNIKY'S INSTALLATION OF THE LEVER
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Unscrew a nut and disconnect the pendular lever from an axis on an arm. For this purpose it is possible to use a dvukhzakhvatny stripper (see also removal of a steering soshka). |
2. Unscrew four bolts and the nuts of fastening shown on an illustration, and remove an arm of the mayatniky lever from the chassis. |

Installation
The pendular lever in sequence is established, to return to removal.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Bolts of fastening of an arm tighten the moment of 48 Nanometers, a nut of fastening of the mayatniky lever the moment of 130 Nanometers. |
2. After installation check a convergence of forward wheels and if necessary adjust (see. Section 2). |

STEERING SOSHKA AND PENDULAR LEVER
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect average steering draft from the mayatniky lever. |

2. Disconnect a steering soshka from the steering mechanism, and the pendular lever from an arm axis. For this purpose the dvukhzakhvatny stripper is applied. |

The steering soshka and the pendular lever as follows are established:
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Put on a steering soshka a segment shaft. Thus it is necessary to pay attention to shift of some шлицов of connection. |
2. Screw a nut and tighten it the moment of 220 Nanometers. |
3. Put on an arm axis a steering soshka and tighten a nut of fastening the moment of 130 Nanometers. |
4. Connect to a steering soshka and the pendular lever average draft. |
Prevention
Observe the inhaling moments! The fastening nut the helmsman of a soshka fastens the moment of 110 Nanometers, a nut of the pendular lever the moment of 60 Nanometers.

5. Zashplintuyte both nuts. |
6. Check a convergence of wheels according to indications of section 2. |

REPLACEMENT OF EXTERNAL STEERING DRAUGHTS AND TIPS OF STEERING DRAUGHTS
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Weaken lock-nuts on outer sides of steering draft. The nut with the left carving has marking of "L". The arrangement of nuts is shown on an illustration. |
2. Disconnect external steering draft from a steering soshka and from average draft and remove steering draft. |
3. Having counted quantity of turns, unscrew tips from steering draft. Write down the received quantity of turns. |
4. Disconnect steering draft from a soshka and from the pendular lever and remove steering draft. |

External steering drafts and tips in sequence are established, to return to removal. Thus it is necessary to mean the following:
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Attach average bent for to a steering soshka and the pendular lever. The nut of fastening of the pendular lever is tightened by the moment of 60 Nanometers, a nut of fastening of a soshka the moment of 110 Nanometers. Zashplintuyte both nuts. |

2. Screw tips of steering drafts on the number of the turns which has been written down at removal, and measure steering drafts according to an illustration. |
3. Connect steering drafts to the left carving with average draft and tighten nuts. |
4. Fix a soshka the moment of 110 Nanometers. |
|
5. Tighten lock-nuts of steering drafts the moment of 120 Nanometers. |
6. In summary check a convergence of wheels and if necessary adjust. |
