REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE BOTTOM CROSS-SECTION LEVER OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET

Removal

2. Disconnect the shock-absorber from the bottom cross-section lever. |
3. Disconnect connecting bars from the bottom cross-section lever. It is carried out depending on a year of release of the car according to Section 4. 4. Unscrew a nut from a finger of the bottom spherical hinge at a rotary fist and disassemble connection with the help of a stripper. |
5. Unscrew two bolts and fastening nuts торсиона from the bottom cross-section lever. |
6. Disconnect the bottom cross-section lever from the chassis. Each rubber plug of the cross-section lever fastens one bolt and a nut. |

Installation
Installation is carried out as follows:

1. Establish the bottom cross-section lever on the chassis and fix both ends of the lever a bolt and a nut. |

2. Previously tighten bolts of fastening of the lever by hand. |
3. Attach directing hinge to the bottom cross-section lever and tighten a nut the moment of 140 Nanometers. |
4. Combine an opening in a bolt with a cut of a koronchaty nut and establish шплинт. |
5. Establish a support торсиона on the bottom cross-section lever and fix two bolts and nuts. |
6. Bolts tighten the moment of 116 Nanometers. |
7. Establish the stabilizer of cross-section stability and the shock-absorber as it is described above. Keep in mind year of release of the car. Pay attention to fastening of a connecting bar to the lower part. |
8. Establish торсион on the cross-section lever and the chassis. |
9. Tighten now bolts / nut of fastening of the cross-section lever. |
10. Thus at first execute the following measurement. Lift the cross-section lever so that the size shown on иллюстр., for the car to the middle of 1995 of release made 15 mm, and for the car from the middle of 1995 of release of 25 mm. Carefully carry out measurement. The rubber support should be correctly clamped. |
11. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of a forward axis of the lever of a suspension bracket the moment of 160 Nanometers, a back axis of the lever of a suspension bracket the moment of 200 Nanometers. |
12. Other works carry out to sequences, return to removal. In summary check and if necessary adjust a road clearance. |

REPLACEMENT OF PLUGS OF THE CROSS-SECTION LEVER OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET
Plugs of the cross-section lever can be replaced. However removal and installation of plugs demands the special tool. It is recommended to carry out this work in a repair truck. Plugs it is possible for Vypressuyte also by means of the corresponding pipe, a washer and a bolt. It is not necessary to hammer plugs, they should be pressed.
BOTTOM SHAROVY HINGE OF THE CROSS-SECTION LEVER
For a detachment of the bottom hinge from a rotary fist take out шплинт, unscrew a lock-nut and выпрессуйте the hinge from a rotary fist by means of a stripper. To the cross-section lever the hinge fastens four bolts and nuts. The new sharovy hinge does not need greasing. Greasing is already entered into the hinge at plant.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE TOP CROSS-SECTION LEVER OF THE SUSPENSION BRACKET
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Bring under the bottom cross-section lever the garage or hydraulic lift. |

The design of the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket at cars of a new series was changed. It is necessary to pay attention to it also.
Installation
Installation of the top cross-section lever is carried out as follows:

1. Establish the cross-section lever with adjusting washers of disorder and a corner of a longitudinal inclination of an axis of turn. The cross-section lever in the center has two ledges (from the middle of 1995 of release) which should be turned inside. There the groove under the sharovy hinge should be turned. The cross-section lever of earlier model has only one ledge in the middle. |
2. Bolts of fastening of an axis of the lever of a suspension bracket tighten the moment of 155 Nanometers, a nut of the spherical hinge the moment of 105 Nanometers. |
3. If the provision of an axis of the lever of a suspension bracket was changed in relation to the lever that could be, for example, at replacement of plugs of the lever, it is necessary to establish again the size shown on иллюстр. 5.12 (15 mm to the middle of 1995 of release and 25 mm from the middle of 1995 of release). |
4. After that nuts tighten the moment of 108 Nanometers. |
5. Other works are carried out to sequences, return to removal. Bolts of fastening of the holder of the brake hose / sensor tighten the moment of 28 Nanometers. |

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE ROTARY FIST
Many from listed below works were already earlier described and should be carried out according to the provided instructions. As well as many details of a forward suspension bracket, a design of rotary fists at cars from the middle of 1995 of release it was changed. It is not necessary to confuse new details to the old.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a bracket from a rotary fist. |

2. Adhere a bracket a wire to the chassis. |
3. Remove a nave blokirator (see the corresponding description). |
4. Remove a nave (see the corresponding description). |
5. Disconnect торсион. For this purpose unscrew a bolt on the lever of adjustment of a road clearance. |
6. If there is ABS, unscrew a bolt of fastening of the sensor of angular speed and take out the sensor. |
7. Unscrew three bolts of fastening and remove a protective casing of a brake disk from a rotary fist. |

8. Unscrew a tip of steering draft from a steering soshka and выпрессуйте it by means of the corresponding stripper. The similar stripper is shown on an illustration. |
9. Disconnect the top and bottom spherical hinges from a rotary fist as it is described when dismantling the cross-section lever. |
10. Disconnect a rotary fist from suspension bracket levers. |
11. Remove from a rotary fist a sealing ring and a washer. |
12. From the interior of a rotary fist take out a sealing ring and the needle bearing. The hammer with sliding brisk and an adapter is for this purpose used. |

Installation
Now it is possible to collect and establish again into place a rotary fist. The needle bearing, a washer and a sealing ring are established by means of an opravka from within outside.
