Transmission repair

LAYING REPLACEMENT BETWEEN THE CASE OF THE TRANSFER CASE AND THE INTERMEDIATE CASE - MSG TRANSMISSION
At detection of traces of leaks around a joint of a case of a transfer case and an intermediate case it is necessary to replace laying.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the gear shifting lever as it was described above. |
| 2. Put the car on supports. |
| 3. Remove forward and back driveshafts as it will be described in appropriate section. |
| 4. Merge oil from a box. |
| 5. Remove a guard under a transfer case. |

6. Remove a back cross-section beam of a suspension bracket of a transmission as it was described at a transmission. |
| 7. Disconnect a flexible shaft of a drive of a speedometer (till 1997 of release). |
| 8. Rasstykuyte shtekerny connection of a speedometer with the electric drive (since 1997 of release). |
| 9. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a case of a transfer case from the back party. |
| 10. Take out back a box case complete with an intermediate case. |
| 11. Carefully clear the interfaced surfaces of an intermediate case and a case of a transfer case |
| 12. Connect both cases, having established new laying. |
| 13. Evenly tighten bolts of fastening the moment of 40 Nanometers. |
| 14. Other works carry out in sequence, return to removal. |
| 15. Establish a cross-piece of a suspension bracket of a transmission. |
| 16. In summary fill in oil in a transmission. |

REPLACEMENT OF THE BACK RADIAL EPIPLOON OF THE CASE OF THE TRANSFER CASE
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the back driveshaft as it is described in appropriate section. |
| 2. Carefully, without having damaged a case, a screw-driver take out an epiploon of a transmission of MSG. |
| 3. If MUA transmission is established, remove a back flange of a power shaft and take out an epiploon. The flange is necessary for holding from a provorachivaniye. |
| 4. Grease with impellent oil a working surface of an epiploon |
| 5. Press it by means of a pipe in a transmission case. |
| 6. If it is established MUA transmissions, напрессуйте a driving flange on a shaft. Tighten a nut the moment of 167 Nanometers. A flange hold from a provorachivaniye. |
| 7. Attach the driveshaft. |
| 8. In summary check oil level in a transmission as it was described in the corresponding subsection. |

REPLACEMENT OF THE FORWARD RADIAL EPIPLOON OF THE POWER SHAFT OF THE CASE OF THE TRANSFER CASE - MUA TRANSMISSION
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the forward driveshaft. |
| 2. Remove a flange of a forward power shaft, holding a shaft from a provorachivaniye. |
| 3. Take out a screw-driver an epiploon, watching to damaging a case. |
| 4. Grease with impellent oil a working surface of an epiploon. |
| 5. Press it by means of a pipe in a case. |
| 6. Napressuyte a flange on a shaft. |
| 7. Holding a shaft from a provorachivaniye, tighten a nut of fastening of a flange the moment of 137 Nanometers. |
| 8. Establish into place the forward driveshaft. |
| 9. In summary check oil level in a transmission and, if necessary, add oil. |

REPLACEMENT OF THE DRIVING GEAR WHEEL OF THE SPEEDOMETER
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a flexible shaft of a drive of a speedometer. |
| 2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer |
| 3. Take out the case, laying and a driving gear wheel from a back case. |
| 4. Establish a new gear wheel with the case and laying. |
| 5. A bolt of fastening tighten the moment of 15 Nanometers. |
| 6. Check oil level in a transmission. |
