GENERAL INFORMATION

Replacement of the module of ignition of DIS

The block is from a reverse side of the engine near to a forward wall and can be found on four cables of ignition attached to it.
At removal of the block of ignition the system of ignition should be disconnected.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew bolts and uncover ignition cables in the center of a head of cylinders.
2. Rasstykuyte shtekerny connection at the ignition module (behind at the left) also extend a cable.
3. Unscrew four bolts (иллюстр.), ignitions fixing the module to an adapter.
4. Pay attention to how the module of ignition is established and take out it upward.
5. Installation of the module of ignition is carried out in sequence, return to its removal. Bolts of fastening of the block to an adapter tighten the moment of 8 Nanometers. Pay attention to a way of accession of cables of ignition (as is shown in иллюстр.). Cables have digital marking according to which they should be connected to the ignition module.

Replacement of the VMT sensor of a cranked shaft

Replacement of the pulse sensor represents certain difficulties for the person who does not have necessary experience as thus it is necessary to remove fixing brackets of gates of injection and a rod electromagnet. Therefore it is recommended to execute replacement of the sensor in a repair truck. The sensor acts in film only at its replacement.

Replacement of the sensor of a detonation

Also as well as at replacement of the VMT sensor of a cranked shaft this work represents certain difficulties. If you consider that there are malfunctions in work of system of ignition owing to the wrong functioning of the sensor of a detonation, it is necessary to address in a repair truck.
