GENERAL INFORMATION

REMOVAL AND TORSION'S INSTALLATION

For the correct installation торсиона it is necessary to mark its situation concerning the lever of adjustment of height and the bottom cross-section lever of a suspension bracket. It is impossible to use a center punch or a chisel for this purpose.

Besides, it is necessary to measure an acting part of a carving of an adjusting bolt торсиона according to an illustration.

At installation provide the received value of an acting part of a carving of a bolt.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn out an adjusting bolt торсиона.
2. Disconnect the lever of adjustment of height from a collar and take out торсион from a lining on the bottom cross-section lever.

Fastening торсиона is shown on an illustration. On an illustration also color marking of situation торсиона is shown.

Instruction

Torsiona have the marking excluding possibility of them to mix. Right торсион has at an end face "R" marking, left торсион marking of "L". Besides, everyone торсион should be established by the marked party towards a back.
Shlitsa торсиона before installation should be greased with universal greasing.
At assembly торсион it is established in the cross-section lever of a suspension bracket with marking observance.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If it is established new торсион, put on the lever on a shlitsa торсиона the bottom party parallel to the top party of the compensatory switch.
2. Tighten an adjusting bolt so that the carving end acted on earlier measured size.
3. Lower the car on wheels and "прожать" several times a forward part of the car.
4. After that adjust a road clearance as it is described above. Keep in mind constructive distinctions depending on a year of release.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF SHOCK-ABSORBERS

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before removal of the shock-absorber find out, hydraulic it or gas-filled.
2. Before removal of the shock-absorber it is necessary to lift the cross-section lever, having compressed the shock-absorber.
3. Disconnect the shock-absorber from the top party from the chassis, i.e. unscrew a nut and remove both washers and the buffer.
4. Sometimes it is enough to replace plugs. In this case lower the lever of a rotary fist so that the shock-absorber left the holder, remove plugs and establish the new.
5. Unscrew from the bottom party from the cross-section lever a bolt and a nut and take out the shock-absorber.
6. Remove the buffer and a washer from a cylinder rod.
7. For check of the removed shock-absorber clamp it vertically in a vice and press through. On all way of moving the rod should show identical resistance. "Dead" zones should not be. If necessary replace the buffer.

Installation

Installation of the shock-absorber is carried out in sequence, return to removal.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A fastening nut above tighten the moment of 20 Nanometers.
2. A bolt and a nut below tighten the moment of 83 Nanometers.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF THE STABILIZER OF CROSS-SECTION STABILITY

Removal

At performance described below works it is necessary to distinguish between cars to the middle of 1995 of release and later models.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew bolts and remove a guard of the pallet of a case.
2. Unscrew bolts and disconnect fastenings of the stabilizer and remove rubber plugs from a forward cross-piece and from the stabilizer.
3. Unscrew bolts of hinges of the stabilizer, remove rubber pillows and cups.
4. Works carry out on both parties of the car. The arrangement of the listed elements is shown on an illustration.
5. Assembly collars on the chassis fix the moment of 28 Nanometers.
6. Nuts of bolts of hinges on the cross-section lever tighten the moment of 10 Nanometers.

Cars from the middle of 1995 of release

Fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to the cross-section lever of the car from the middle of 1995 of release
Connecting bars with spherical hinges are applied.
Each end of the stabilizer fastens to the cross-section lever a connecting bar.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a guard of the pallet of a case.
2. Disconnect connecting bars between the stabilizer and the bottom cross-section lever, having unscrewed nuts, and выпрессуйте fingers of spherical hinges from above and from below.
3. Remove the stabilizer from the chassis. For this purpose unscrew bolts of fastening of assembly collars and remove collars. Remove the stabilizer. Remove from the stabilizer ends rubber pillows.

Installation

Installation of the stabilizer is carried out in sequence, return to removal. Keep in mind that from the bottom party the washer between a connecting bar and the cross-section lever is inserted. Bolts of fastening of assembly collars fasten the moment of 20 Nanometers, nuts of connecting bars tighten the moment of 50 Nanometers.
Other works are carried out in sequence, return to removal. Wheels establish according to marking.
